Jill wears many hats at the Heritage Center as Administrative Assistant, Membership Manager, and the Manager of the Center’s popular Cades Cove Heritage Tours. She has worked at the Heritage Center since 2017 and is known as a caring, smart, and conscientious driving force behind the organization’s quality interactions with its donors, members, visitors, and board of directors.
Education: University of Tennessee, Logistics
Honors, Awards: 2023 graduate of Experience Your Smokies, a program that offers local residents, business, community, and educational leaders a behind-the-scenes look at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. She is a member of the Smoky Mountain 900 club for hiking every trail in the Smokies.
Personal: Jill is married and lives in Maryville. She has a daughter and son-in-law. Jill loves to be outdoors hiking, biking, kayaking or walking the Townsend trail after work. Jill prides herself on customer service and has given up keeping her desk clean and organized.
