“Do good on the largest possible scale.” – Isaac Anderson, Founder, Maryville College
If you are looking for something good to do this holiday season, give to the GSM Heritage Center where your contribution will help provide countless benefits to our regional quality of life. The Giving Tuesday year-end campaign, like our annual campaign, is intended to fund our mission to collect, preserve, protect, and interpret our regional history by maintaining the assets of the Heritage Center.
This year’s funding will focus on the repair and maintenance of our structures and artifacts, additional interpretive signage for galleries, the Appalachian Village and the Farmstead.
Each of these structures and exhibits are instrumental in telling the stories of the peoples who called these mountains home. Fulfilling our mission depends on generous supporters like you. As a sponsor, you join other local and national businesses who are partners in preserving our museum, cultural programming, historic buildings, and artifacts.
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we heavily rely on the contributions of our corporate sponsors and individual donors. Every dollar ensures the continued sharing and safeguarding of the Great Smoky Mountains' rich cultural heritage.
Dive into our educational programs, walk through captivating exhibits, and step back in time within our historic Appalachian village, where structures dating between 100 to 200 years stand testament to our region's vibrant history. Your kind donation not only fuels our daily endeavors but etches your name in the legacy of the region's storied past.
Join our journey of preserving history.
